Amature racing cyclist from 1949 and first team event rider.

Co-author of Positive Aikido.

A direct student of Kenshiro Abbe Sensei from 1957. One of the first original 5 pioneers of British Aikido at the now famous Hut Dojo.

Taught Aikido in Europe, UK,
USA, Australia.

Demonstrated Aikido at the Royal Albert Hall London - Crystal Palace London - Lime Grove London -

Interviewed on BBC World Radio. Interview on Radio New Mexico.

Several TV appearances.
